Primary Staff

Primary Staff

Within any school, staffs are the single most important resource. In the Primary school, we have teaching staff, classroom assistants, administrative and nursing staff as well as security guards and the main office staff. Each is important and has a role to play in the life of each pupil in the Primary school.

In recruiting staff we look for the ability to work well with children as well as qualifications. Both are important if the pupils are to gain a sense of happiness and well-being in addition to excellent teaching. If you visit the school you will see how carefully we have considered these issues in our recruitment policy and practice.
